While travel insurance with trip interruption coverage is strongly recommended for all guests, Kokomo Botanical Resort offers a flexible credit policy for guests whose flights are cancelled due to blizzard or severe snow storm conditions.

We highly encourage all guests to purchase comprehensive travel insurance including trip interruption coverage. Travel insurance provides financial protection for unforeseen circumstances including weather-related cancellations, medical emergencies, and other covered events.
For cancellations not qualifying under this Blizzard Snow Storm policy, our standard cancellation terms remain in effect as outlined at the time of booking.

Our team will review your submission within 48 hours and issue your credit voucher upon approval
Step 4: Redeem Your Credit
When ready to reschedule, reference your credit voucher code during the booking process for your minimum 3-night stay
